Huntress Riding Apparel – Exchange Policy

At Huntress Riding Apparel, we take pride in creating high-quality, thoughtfully designed pieces for every rider. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain an exchange-only policy.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges to ensure you receive the perfect fit or style. No reason is required for an exchange.

Exchange Guidelines:

    •    Item must be returned in new, unworn condition

    •    All original tags must be attached

    •    Item must be free of odors, hair, makeup, or signs of wear

    •    Exchange requests must be made within 15 business days of delivery

Process:

    1.    Contact us to request your exchange

    2.    Send your item back to the provided address

    3.    Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange

Additional Notes:

    •    Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to and from

    •    Any price differences will be invoiced or credited toward your exchange

    •    Custom items and altered pieces may not be eligible for exchange
