Full Custom Orders: 

Full payment is required before any orders will be shipped to the customer.

All custom orders are final. Huntress Riding Apparel is not responsible for weight loss or gain after the time the order is placed. Custom orders are made to your exact measurements, we ask that you consult a professional tailor or seamstress to help guide you for your measurements. Huntress Riding Apparel is not be responsible for incorrect measurements sent. If incorrect measurements are sent alterations can be done at buyers expense.

Fittings: Huntress Riding Apparel’s goal is for your full custom outfit to fit extremely well, but sometimes this requires a second or third fitting upon arrival of your garment. This is a normal part of purchasing custom made garments. If alterations are needed please contact us within five days of receiving your order. Minor adjustments are included with full customs made to your measurements, other adjustments will be at the buyers expense.

 Additional info needed for second fitting: *Pictures showing front, back and side in the garment Current measurements so they can be compared to what’s on file.

If all the above items are not provided within a two week window, the customer forfeits the alteration services provided by Huntress Riding Apparel included in your custom purchase. 

Stock Size Orders

Huntress Riding Apparel is not responsible for weight loss or gain after the time the order is placed. Stock size clothing that has been altered may not be exchanged. Stock size orders can be altered at buyers expense.
